DeltaVerdict

DeltaVerdict is AITrailblazer's grading practice. It takes a judgment someone already made, on a discrete item, and grades it blind against ground truth built from the primary sources. Splits are settled by a third grader who never sees who said what. Every verdict is dated, and a verdict changes only by blind re-grading, recorded by date.

The standard

The DeltaVerdict Grading Standard is the practice's method, versioned and append-only. The current version is the DeltaVerdict Grading Standard v1.2 (rubric sha256 cc0c2e7f, corpus lock v3, October 18, 2026), with its scope stated wherever its numbers are cited. v1.2 is the first version cited under the DeltaVerdict name; v1.1 was cited under its original name, the DeltaSignal Grading Standard v1.1 (rubric sha256 cc0c2e7f, corpus lock v2, October 16, 2026). Versions are recorded by dated supersession, never by silent rename.

The instances

The Decider: SEC filings

179 filings graded blind, twice, with splits adjudicated: 22 SIGNAL, 155 NO SIGNAL, 2 ABSTAIN (corpus lock v3, October 18, 2026). Scope is mixed: 38 items graded on complete-submission packets, 141 items on primary + EX-99 packets at the 140,000-character cap. Each verdict has a permanent page, and every SIGNAL is graded again at 30, 60, and 90 days. See the Decider, the filing pages, and the scoreboard.

Eval: benchmarks and gold labels

The practice grades the data the SI industry trains and judges on. In a blind sample audit of a published finance benchmark, the gold answers themselves were graded against the source documents, and the findings were reported privately to the benchmark's owner first, on the standing terms: results belong to the client, and publication follows the client's word or the agreed window. See evaluation services.

Property data

Verdicts on property records, graded against public county records. The first study is in progress (October 2026): 300 records drawn and frozen in advance, graded against the current public record. Results will publish here when the study ships.

How engagements work

Results are the client's property. Findings are never published by the auditor without the client's written word; publication is aggregate-only, with the sample size attached, on a date the client chooses. The practice is led by Constantine Vassilev, founder, with Rada Vassileva. See the founder page and evaluation services.
