You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials private.

2. What you may use them for

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products for financial research and analysis, subject to applicable laws, including securities and privacy regulations. We retain all rights in our software, data, and documentation.

3. No investment advice

Briefs, alerts, and scoreboards are analytical content only, not investment advice. AITrailblazer is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer and is not affiliated with the SEC. Consult a licensed advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Acceptable use

Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, models, or algorithms.
Do not misuse the products to break the law or harm others.

5. Feedback

Feedback you send may be used to improve the products without restriction or compensation.
