The DeltaSignal Decider is AITrailblazer's SEC filing grading program. Every filing is graded blind by two independent passes under one shared rubric. Where the passes split, a blind adjudicator decides. Agreement is reported with its counts, every time.

How grading works
The protocol is fixed before grading begins, and it does not change midstream.
Two blind passes
Two graders work independently under one shared written rubric. Neither sees the other pass or any prior labels.
Blind adjudication
Where the passes split, a fresh adjudicator decides, seeing the competing calls anonymized. Items that stay unsettled ship as abstains, never as forced labels.
Agreement, reported
Every release reports raw agreement with its counts, Cohen's kappa, the adjudication rate, and abstain counts, with the graded set stated next to the numbers.

Seed set: 47 hand-labeled filings
16 SIGNAL and 31 NO SIGNAL. The hand-labeled starting set the program grew from.
Targeted set: 27 event-driven filings
16 SIGNAL and 11 NO SIGNAL, with kappa 0.77 and three splits adjudicated.
Locked corpus: 179 filings, October 2026
Morning lock of October 16: 25 SIGNAL, 152 NO SIGNAL, and 2 ABSTAIN, with agreement 164 of 179 and kappa 0.6976. Relocked the same day after a third independent blind grading (agreement with the morning finals 160 of 179, kappa 0.5408, 19 splits settled by a blind adjudicator): 19 SIGNAL, 157 NO SIGNAL, and 3 ABSTAIN.

The public record is organized as weekly chapters. Every filing carries its verdict, its date, and a one-line basis, free to read. Company pages are being added to that same record, one page per graded company, accumulating every verdict for that company over time. Signed-in members will get the full picture, with complete reads and evidence.
